No, you don't need to. We match you with the best coach for your needs based on level, company, interview type, and availability. Your coach is guaranteed to provide you with the best possible support or else your money back.
How are coaches vetted?
All coaches are current or former FAANG+ interviewers. They needed to pass a rigorous vetting process that includes a conversation with one of our co-founders to ensure they meet our high standards.
Can I keep the same coach for multiple sessions?
Yes! For each session after your first, you will be asked whether you'd like to stick with one of your previous coaches or try someone new.
